Our state of the art facilities include a 172,000 square foot production floor in Mississauga, Ontario with the latest technology boasting a workforce over 450 employees that are always ready to produce the highest quality snack food products.
All our facilities are certified SQF (Safe Quality Food in Food Safety) and FDA / FSMA compliant. Both our facilities adhere to the highest professional standards for cleanliness and GMP. Our staff are trained to not just meet regulations, but to exceed them whenever possible.
We ship to over 20 countries around the world and provide only the highest standard of product and service.
Food Safety & Quality Assurance
In addition to specific customer requests, we take pride in our consistent Total Quality Management system that includes incoming materials, work in process/finished products monitoring and testing on a regular basis. Testing includes moisture and salt level, residual oxygen, oil peroxide values, free fatty acids, bulk density, bag fill rate, burst pressure, leakage, and several others. Instruments used to conduct such testing include Mettler Toledo Automatic Titrator, NIR, Oxygen Meter, Vacuum Chamber, Mass Balance Moisture Analyzer, Oil Extractor and Colour Meter. To us, quality is more than just something we taste, see or measure, it is in our every action. We make our commitment to our partners to exceed the applicable regulatory and management system requirements in everything we do.
Research, Development and Regulatory
At Super-Pufft, we are constantly improving and we seek out industry advancements. Our team of highly trained and certified technicians are able to provide a quick turn around on live samples in our state of the art laboratories.
The trained panelists are equipped to perform a full sensory evaluation, check and approve product characteristics to the highest of standards.
